On the cover: When Dr. Sean Antosh ’07, a pediatric anesthesiologist at Dayton Children’s Hospital, met 3-year-old twins Augusto and Pedro, he was struck by how normal they were. They loved dancing, clung to their iPads, and laughed a lot. They also were connected to each other at the top of their skulls. He joined a team determined to separate them.
